Easy connection setup

The first thing to do before you start working with a new directory service is to set up a connection and Userbooster helps you to do this in the most convenient way. The Server Properties page in the Profile Assistant wizard (see Figure 1) contains not only mandatory controls like hostname, port and username but also a number of features that makes the setup process more comfortable and productive:

• Base DN discovery
• Testing the connection
• Testing the authentication
• Three different logon types: Normal, Anonymous and Logged On User
