Configuration of Web-Monitor with different filter options

The web-monitor offers a professional solution for visualizing objects of the directory service. A grid view orders the attributes of the objects line by line, a graphical view allows you to group the objects in pie or bar charts with only the attributes you are interested in. Search and order functions complete the web solution. A type of self refreshing mode of the user view also simplifies the current state of users residing inside the directory services. The exported data in the xml format is very efficiently converted into a HTML code by an xslt processor.

A predefined user list (in a excel spreadsheet, for example) should be enhanced with the mail address. This can be easily realized by defining a "custom search" operation. In this example the group membership to domain administrators is the predefined criteria, but you can use also any other condition. First of all you will define an attribute category named mail. Userbooster uses an appropriate profile to import the objects with their attributes into a XML file. The XSLT –processor converts these files into a source format by using a flash based visualization of the original imported data.
