Modified statistics

The information in the directory service can be specifically filtered, in order to create efficient evaluations with only a few mouse-clicks. Some example statistics are given below.

The information necessary for the report is first selected. This is done by switching to the LDAP-Schematic page in the Settings dialogue. The attributes relevant for the evaluation are marked here.

After all relevant values have been determined, the required results quantity must now be defined. This is done by selecting the start context and the filter for the objects in the profile.

The results quantity is shown in the list view.

The corresponding report can now be created.

This report can finally be printed (ideally as a PDF file), in order to integrate it into an existing display system.

If necessary, the result can also be incorporated direct in XML format into the CI of the company. In the Userbooster Professional version, these tasks can be carried out automatically with the aid of a scheduler.
