Import

This view contains the contents of external sources. These include LDIF, CSV or XLS files. While the formatting of the LDIF files is specified, the header line of the CSV file defines the attribute names. In the case of XLS files, the first worksheet will be taken into account. The attribute names are defined in the column description or are contained in the first line of the work folder.

The supported format of the Excel files can be obtained by exporting a loaded text file to Excel via the context menu in the view. All attributes which have the Export/Import flag set will be taken into account.
